Our bestseller
Jhol mo:mo, poured warm.
Jhol means a soupy sauce, and ours is the heart of the bowl: a house blend with sesame and roasted tomato at its core and a touch of timur, the citrusy Himalayan pepper, to finish.
Take a mo:mo with a little jhol in the same spoon and eat it in one bite while it's hot. Then drink what's left in the bowl. Nobody's judging.
